Provided they have an API, yes. An API is a piece of code (your courier will supply this) that allows us to connect your website to their systems.

It is easy with our step-by-step process.

Step 1: Simply choose your desired product.

Step 2: Select the various product options.

Step 3: Add to cart.

Step 4: Register, and pay.

Step 5: Submit all your info online by following the link emailed to you.

Step 6: Within 2-3 working days you will receive a draft of your website for approval.

Step 7: As soon as we receive your approval your site will be taken live.

Generally, in 2-3 working days from the day we receive all information and content, you should receive a staging site.

One of three ways. EFT, cash on delivery or using their credit card. The choice is yours.

You can sell services and downloadable products online too.

Once my customer has paid, how will I get my money?

This will depend on the payment system you are using and you will need to contact the company in question. If your website uses PayFast to process payments, for example, you will need to contact PayFast.

The full amount of the order is automatically charged to your credit card at the time your order is placed. In the event of an EFT we require a 60% deposit.

We can create a mailbox for your shop and forward all the incoming emails to an email address of your choice. Alternatively, we can supply you with the mailbox details.

Your link will be emailed to the email address provided during your account creation.

Email us immediately on info@squidinabox.co.za. Due to the nature of the product, once we have built the website we can only make changes at an additional cost. There is a small window between submitting your details and the final product – so don’t delay! We can accept amendments for a maximum of 2 hours after approval provided there is no reasonable cause for rejecting these amendments.

It is the unique address of your website. Our domain, for example, is squidinabox.co.za.

Due to the nature of web development, we cannot offer refunds for ordered work (If the work has been done), as all jobs are unique to the client. If you cancel the job during the proofing stages, a proportionate refund may be granted. A 15% handling fee will be charged to you for time spent processing the job.

This fee covers the hosting of your website and the updates on your website’s platform. These are maintenance updates to the platform’s version that keep your site in good condition. The fee is not a ‘retainer’ and does not purchase you the ability to request changes to your website.

Your website will be designed according to the branding you provide us with. This includes logo, font and colours.
